Utulivu Women’s Group

With a focus on tackling female genital mutilation (FGM), empowering communities and individuals to create safe healthy productive environments and nurture relationships, Utulivu Women’s Group has been nominated for Charity of the Year, sponsored by Reading Today.

The group, which serves the community in several ways as a meeting point and hub for various activities and events for people of different nationalities and religions and backgrounds, has also been nominated for Neighbourhood Champion sponsored by Reading Football Club.
