Time to Heal Directory

A community-rooted organisation Time to Heal Directory Services is dedicated to improving the emotional wellbeing of children, young people and families across Reading.

Through accessible therapy and wellbeing services, they provide vital mental health support to those who often face barriers to accessing traditional services, said their nominator for the Business in Action award sponsored by Boyes Turner.

“Their unique, family-focused model means they work directly with parents, carers and children – recognising that healing is most effective when the whole family is supported.

“They are also working in school settings in the Reading area where they build trusted relationships with children, staff and families to create safe, supportive environments that promote mental wellbeing.

“This holistic approach has had a meaningful impact, with families and young people reporting improvements in communication, confidence, and emotional resilience.”

They’ve received heartfelt feedback from the community, with many describing their experience as “life-changing,” “deeply empowering,” and “a safe space to finally be heard,” said their nominator.

“This feedback reflects the trust, compassion, and care embedded in everything they do.
