Pentahotel Reading

Pentahotel Reading has been nominated for the Hospitality Award, sponsored by Cherubs Floral Design, in recognition of its “inclusive, welcoming, and genuinely warm environment”.

The hotel has been praised by its nominator for being much more than just a place to stay: “From the very first visit, it was clear that this is much more than just a place offering events or activities - it is a space built by people who genuinely care about creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.”

Staff were highlighted as a key strength, “always willing to answer questions, offer suggestions, and help in any way they can. You never feel like you are interrupting them or asking too much. On the contrary, they consistently go the extra mile to make sure everyone feels welcome and included.”

“Every interaction feels personal,” the nominator added. “They don’t just do their jobs well, they genuinely care about the experience people have.”

The nomination praised the venue for offering a diverse and welcoming environment that suits a wide range of visitors and occasions.

The hotel’s Pentalounge was also recognised for creating a relaxed and social space that brings people together, whether for work, leisure or events.

“In a town where finding the right place to spend an evening can sometimes be a challenge, this venue stands out for all the right reasons, and I hope it continues to thrive for many years to come.”
