Ebb & Flow

The Ebb & Flow team “is made up of 14 beautiful individuals, looking after residents, two beautiful buildings and ensuring Ebb & Flow is a contributor to their local neighbourhood by hosting charity events, showcasing local businesses and co-hosting epic community events such as Party on the Hill.”

Their nominator for Team of the Year, sponsored by Cherubs Floral Design, added: “No matter what the day throws at the team, they remain positive.

“The team work 24/7 and are on hand to deal with any eventuality, from medical emergencies, cat sitting, helping to shift boxes and recommending local restaurants and cafes.

“I've never met a more dedicated team than the Ebb & Flow bunch; they live, die and breathe their job and their town, making sure their residents know the best that Reading has to offer.”
