EHSL Supported Housing Charity

A fledgling charity supporting those with complex needs to live independently has been nominated for Charity of the Year, sponsored by Cream Design.

In recognition of the “remarkable progress and impact” EHSL Supported Housing has achieved in a short space of time, having only registered as a charity in December 2024, their nominator said: “[it] has already demonstrated rapid growth, innovation and meaningful outcomes for adults with complex care and support needs.

“This year has been defined by real progress. Through its work, EHSL Supported Housing is helping individuals with complex needs access the care, stability and opportunities they deserve, enabling them to live more independent and fulfilling lives.”

“Despite being in its early stages, the charity has quickly established itself as a vital part of the local community, with a clear focus on long-term impact and sustainable support.”

“Its dedication, ambition and early success make EHSL Supported Housing a strong contender for Charity of the Year, reflecting both what it has already achieved and its potential to continue making a difference across Reading.”
