Dingley’s Promise

A charity providing “life-changing” support to families of children with special educational needs and disabilities has been nominated for Charity of the Year, sponsored by Cream Design.

Dingley’s Promise Reading provides a place where children – from birth to five years – with SEND come to develop skills through play.

“Dingley's Promise Reading has been such a wonderful gift for our family”, said their nominator. Praising the care that Dingley’s Promise provides for their son, they said: “He absolutely loves his time there - he plays, learns and develops his brain and skills. He cannot stop smiling from the moment he sees the ladies at drop off to the time we pick him up.”

“When we leave him, we have peace of mind that he is well looked after. They are so fantastic, and their support doesn't stop at nursery services. They go above and beyond and deliver informative workshops and sessions on topics that interest us, additional play sessions on Friday once a month and even visits at the park, soft play and events.”

“For us this is not just a nursery - it's a community that understands the unique circumstances and needs of each family and a place to turn to for support. Shortly, it's family, it feels like home to us.”
