School of the Year Nomination Form

A school that makes an outstanding contribution to the lives of its pupils and the wider community. Open to nursery, primary, secondary and SEN schools in Reading, that create supportive, inclusive and inspiring environments where young people can thrive.

Please use this form to nominate someone/organisation for a Pride of Reading Award. Please provide as much information as possible, nominations will be judged on the information provided on the online form. Nominations should be no more than 250 words and the closing date for nominations is Friday 31 July 2026.

All nominations will be reviewed and those shortlisted invited to the Pride of Reading Awards Lunch and Presentations.

We’d like to reassure you that it’s not about how many times someone is nominated – our independent panel of judges focus on the quality and detail within each nomination. A thoughtful submission really does help tell their story.
