Nursery teacher Jackie Rutland who works at Dingley’s Promise Reading, a nursery for children with special education needs and disabilities aged two to five, has been put forward for the Volunteer/s of the Year award sponsored by AB Walker.

“She is absolutely amazing in her role, and has gone above and beyond her role as a nursery teacher to ensure children are receiving the best care and support,” said her nominator.

“She deserves so much recognition as a hardworking mother herself who dedicates her life to those who are less fortunate.”
