Nathan Lyons

Baker Nathan Lyons has been nominated for Local Hero sponsored by Green Park.

His nominator put him forward for the award: “For working SO hard to build up RISE Bakehouse as an independent bakery, making incredible sourdough bread and pastries, providing work experience placements for local students and young people and supporting the local community with handmade, beautifully made goods.”

The award recognises someone who through a special act of kindness, courage or selflessness, has made a positive difference to their community.
