A man who runs cultural events has been praised for his French focused promotions in Reading.

Vince Valere’s annual Bastille Day festival last year was “outstanding” and “very culturally diverse. He also had a French market stall recently on Broad Street which was great. 

“He always goes above and beyond,” said his nominator for Cultural Contribution, sponsored by M&G Real Estate.
