Julie Grant and Lucy Bellman

“Dedicated, knowledgeable, caring and amazing representatives” of Brookfields Specialist SEN school, Julie Grant and Lucy Bellman have been nominated for Team of the Year sponsored by Cherubs Floral Design.

They help organise  work placements for their students and “work so hard for their students to enter sustainable employment,” said their nominator.

“Not only do they care deeply for these students’ futures but as well as doing all admin, risk assessments, and business development to create a bank of employers for their students to work with, they also stay with the students at every placement, work additional weekends during inductions and interviews and support their students with e-learnings and training when needed.

“Brookfields school should be so proud to have Julie and Lucy representing them in the community, the students are so lucky to have their support and guidance when going into paid employment or work experience placements.”
