Anna Hamilton “is an energetic and constantly positive member of the community,” said her nominator for Neighbourhood Champion, sponsored by Reading Football Club.

“She always supports independent business and is a huge champion of Reading and the surrounding area,” they added.

The award celebrates a person who works tirelessly in their neighbourhood, in the voluntary sector, as a carer or for a community group or charity, by devoting their time to others.
